In order to discover if there has been movement towards the creation of new and unique content, baseline measures of current practices must be developed. Baseline measures indicating to what degree and in what situations content developers are currently creating and using new forms. Measurement of effects. There has been much speculation but little measurement of the effect various online content forms have on users.
